The process of collecting the returned product typically takes 7-10 business days upon authorization from the company.
Lost products during delivery will be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refund settlements will occur once the returned product undergoes a quality check, typically within 4-5 working days. The actual refund issuance may take an additional 4-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s statement cycle.
If a faulty or damaged product is received, we will refund the full delivery charge upon the return of all products from your order. If you choose to retain some products, a portion of the delivery charge may be retained accordingly.
It is imperative to maintain complete packaging and inner packaging of items if intending to seek a refund. No exchange or refund will be entertained without these components intact.
Refunds will exclusively be issued through the original mode of payment, as determined by the company.
Non-Returnable Items
• Due to the nature of honey as a food product, opened jars cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
• Promotional or discounted items are final sale unless defective.

Damaged or Wrong Item
• If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@honeytree.bh with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
